going with the 1. ruth wonders. She should be second in speed here to the 11 and is a major class dropper. She its a big field with 11 horses and the 11 and 8 should be favorited here. She is 8-1 ml and will probably go off around 5/6-1

dtp, Jake is right. Don't look at the price. Look at the n/w of 2 vs. 3. That is a huge difference. The 5000 vs 7500 beaten races are barely different. All horses in that race are very weak. It is a safe bet that when speaking in terms of those types of beaten races that very few if any will EVER be able to win an open race without a time condition like N/W in 6 months or whatever. Unless a horse wins through these races very quickly, in most cases when they lose there conditions, they are pretty much done.
A horse moving out of n/w of 3 and into n/w of 2 is a drop in class even if they step up from 5000 to 7,500 .

With out seeing the pps on this horse, he might have been DQ'ed from one win for a positive test or a non race infraction( owner not eligible or whatever) . Usually it will say so but if it was recently determined or a hearing was held, that could be the case and the form has not picked up the ruling yet. Also, check the full conditions of the race. It might say something like ( races where entered for 5,000 or less not considered) or it might say NW/2 or a race in 6 months.
I'm just stabbing at this but if he was a winner of 2 already, with no other conditions posted he would not have been eligible.
Maybe he won, nw/2 , was eventually DQed a month or so later, but ran in the nw/3 while all that was taking place , thus the move back into nw/2.

thanks guys. i usually cap with a friend and we cap 2 seperate tracks, today he was doing deleware and i was doing parx. he told she was a class dropper and guy is usually spot on. i will continue to give you guys if i can a good play every day. i usually dont be big big dogs or heavy favs. I have fell in love with pick 4's lately but been profited pretty nicely while being able to control my bankroll. hopefully this weekend we can nail something big.
