I think when it comes to jockeys there are only below par,par,and above par.On the Cali circuit Rosario,Bejarano,Talamo,and Gomez are all in the upper tier and you could interchange them and get the same result.The horse is the most important .

I agree with u that he horse is most important, but I feel that Rosario is the highest demand in the west. Garrett used to be, but seems like he lost a step (even tho he says he had changed agent). Bejarano is very good especially on come from behind turf horses, talamo is still young and impatient.
