My Del Mar Pick 6 again......

After going 0 for 6 the other day, let see if I can pick ONE winner today!!!

Race 6: 1, 4
Race 7: 7, 10
Race 8: 7, 10
Race 9: 1, 7
Race 10: 1

So here it is, my $96 pick 6 ticket. GL to me.
As usual, any suggestions are welcome. Since I have to work today, hopefully I can view some of the suggestions before I put in the final bet.

Yeah, I have to keep an eye on those 'WARREN" horses even when they are trained Jack van Berg.

OK, so I got one out of six yesterday, let see if I can two or three for Sunday's pick 6.

My pick 6 ticket for 9/4 Del Mar.

Race 5: 5, 6
Race 6: 5, 7, 9
Race 7: 3, 4
Race 8: 1, 4, 7
Race 9: 5, 7, 11
Race 10: 5, 9, 13

This is what I have so far, will update tomorrow to keep the ticket price down. As usual, any suggestions and insights are welcome.

with how Mitchell is doing off the claim, and how Talamo is riding, I would be mighty hesitant to keep the #4 off my ticket in race 5. The 5 on the other hand just raced August 28th, don't know how much left in the tank he will have for this.

splitting hairs here, as Mitchell took over control of the horse for this meet. He picked the spot to place him and put Talamo on board. That has been $ all meet long.

thanks poppa and tony, gonna revise my picks for today. Looks like a very tough day today, may be there will be just one winning ticket (like yesterday) or carryover for Labor day.

7th race is a doozy, there is just no pace. I think the three best horses will all be compromised by the pace

Ouch! if I had kept the 5 in I would have been alive to 7 for 3,000 and 9 for 2,400.

I need a little bit of confidence in my selections.

Didn't have internet earlier, sorry couldn't comment on anything. My picks were posted on the contest page, and my alternate picks hit 4 out of 6, unbelievable.

5). 7/ 9 (9 won)
6). 6/ 9
7). 5/ 6 (6 won)
8). 4/ 8
9). 9/ 7 (7 won)
10). 8/ 7 (7 won)

Overall, I did ok today. I really should have hit the pick 6 today. One of my friends gave me the 3 in race 6 and I totally forgot about it when I purchased my ticket . And I threw out the 6 in race 8 in the pick 6 but had it in the late pick 4. I was so close yet so far. Gonna keep trying till I hit it ( I guess).
