Race 1- Green Monster gets the nod in races filled with question marks.
Margolis waited a long time to get this one in against state breds and certainly has the ability to be a huge factor.
Race 2- Swag Daddy showed good speed on dirt in debut which more than not, transfers well to the turf. Would like one more before the stretch but meets no one with that criterior today.
Mississippi Duel is obvious and will be over bet accordingly. The one to beat.
Race 3- One Way To Rock will never ever find an easier spot and appears to tower over these in every department. Short price though so that makes this one less exciting but still a single for me in pick 4's.
Race 4- Racinjasin finds a good spot and has the versatility to race in front or from behind. Solid choice in field of mostly little talent or question marks.
Race 5- Equivocation is a great bomb here in a race severely lacking any early foot. Last start found him wide all the way and wasn't beaten that badly. Figures to make an easy lead and with the removal of the temporary rail, will be on the best and fastest part of the turf course.
Race 6- Grandpa Len showed good speed in debut while surviving minimal trouble. Should improve second time out in race of mostly firsters and one thing I've learned about first time starters is when they debut at a distance greater than 6 furlongs, it's usually because they lack speed. Food for thought with Kelly Breed and Mike Hushion as the other two entrants with experience.
Race 7-Tell Grant was gambled with and lost when claimed by Linda Rice for $25,000. Showed talent in debut and may turn quick dividends for barn that doesn't hesitate to put their runners in the right spots.
Race 8- Ancil stretches out today and may find herself loose as a goose with plenty of talent.
Love her today.
Seve had brutal trip in first start on turf in race she was truly in need of. Big shot if in. If not, not for next time.
Race 9- Ainamaa gained useful bottom after making the pace on off turf course in talented grade 3 event.
Tactic change today with the rail and should get first run at good tempo.
Exclusive Love is a really nice filly with excuses in her last four starts. Don't leave out.
Race 10- This race is too tough for me with too many variables and possibilities. Nice field though and should be fun to watch. Wheeling for the pick 4.
Race 11- Talk Therapy has never run poorly on turf. Has versatility to win from anywhere and Dominguez fits this one like a glove.
Beautiful bail out if we're down going into this one.
Good luck all.
