    85th Hambletonian PP's are now available.

    some races woth noting:
    *race 6: $150,000 guaranteed Pick 4 pool that wraps up with the trotters biggest race:
    *race 9($1.5 mil-Hambo): $200,000 guaranteed trifecta pool as well as kicking off a $50,000 guaranteed Pick 5 with a min. bet of $.50-so u know my cheap ass'll be all over that one
    not to mention $.10 supers ALL DAY LONG!

    outside of the Breeders Crown and Breeders Cup it is the greatest day of racing in North America. Top horses in each division racing saturday.

      although it's lost much of it's luster, due to the decline in interest in harness racing overall, this is a fairly decent card. much better than in the last 5 years or so. no stickout in hambo final, which more often than not isn't the case. 2 us pacing derby championship races for older horses fairly appealing. nice early start for degenerates to flow into. dime supers abound and the .50 pik 5 has caught on. if you go live don't stand in line for the chicken barbecue as they cannot keep up with it and it is undercooked.

                i probably wont get there till the 3rd or 4th race as AJ isnt in till the finale. for the lowest purse on the card....but hey, he's racing on Hambo Day

                *i may bring my current issue of Hoof Beats (with Gural on the cover) to be signed by some of the guys milling around the paddock

                      harness racing will never return to maryland except for the junk they run at ocean. the atlantic seaboard circuit which was once a big deal is not returning.

                            I'm excited about tomorrow too. I can't wait till I can go there live and check it out. To many pets right now to do anything. Going to play in some contests tomorrow, excited about all the races too.

                                bad early card at saratoga will help big m. maiden laced early. last 4 at spa decent however.
