This is obviously some kind of joke. The writing is on a par with about a 4th grader and the "strategy" will not uncover any price horses. MCL horses who finish second in their last start are grossly overbet and represent a great bet AGAINST. Similarly, a horse who is working well should never start for the first time in a claimer and is usually a good bet against.

Why is it sports touts are treated with suspicion, while horse touts offering equally worthless "info" are treated with a level of respect? A quick scan of the website "handicappersdream" shows some of the worst grammatical errors and nonsense one could hope to find. Buyer beware.
