Baltic Point running at Les Bois for $2K???
Runs 2 races at Hollywood Park two years ago for maidens $66k and $32K respectively....hasn't been seen since. Shows up in Boise, Idaho to run in a $2K maiden special event today.

    Bowed Tendon in all probability.
Usually these types are sold for one dollar/given to good homes and after a year + people get the itch to try and run them.
Just a guess but probably pretty accurate.

Jake, my guess is that the gate sat directly on the 5/8s pole instead of several strides behind it, thus providing no run up. Either way a sub 22 2nd quarter is smoken.

                That explains it.

Still middle half in under 22 is great. Might make Emerald downs in no time.

On another note, if a horse is sold for whatever to a good home due to injuries, there is usually a no racing clause in a contract they must sign or they will lose the horse

Can't bet this track via the internet. Now that's rare theses days.

You are right. That clause can be put in if the seller/giver wants it. Just depends on the situation.

You can't bet Sandy Downs, or the Jerome County Fair either. This is a half notch up from those.
