ok with betjam i placed wagers early in the morning before the scratches were in their system. I placed 2 winning pick 3 where i had scratches that the favorite end up winning and i had the favorite. So for instance 1 leg i had 5.7.3 and the three was scratch and the 5 was favorite so i should win 2 times correct? 1 paid almost 100 and the other 50 so if i am not mistaken i should get paid twice for this correct? The problem lies that equibase isnt showing it because the scratches were before the totes open at the track. Since betjam doesnt use the totes they cant just look and say yeah its that. I feel that i shouldnt be punished because i bet early. Also the two picks i had were scratched cost me a extra 35 bucks to place so i didnt think i should just lose that because the totes are together. I have sent scotty and herman a email explaining all this but just wanting to get your guys take on it.

I believe with horses if you bet a pick 3 or anything exacta/tripple/supper
And something scratches you get you money bake for that bet.
it doesnt go down to the next level.
so if you bet a pick 3 and say it was 3, 5, 4/5
and say 3 or 5 in first or second scratch you get refund
if the 4 or 5 in the third scratch you get that single bet refunded
or both if both
if any scratch they dont go down to a double.Comment -
i had a 3.5.7 in a leg that the 5 went off at as favorite so i still won but the 3 was scratch usually i would get paid twice once for the win and once because my 3 gets move to the 5 i believeComment -
