when u bet on horse 1 you also get horse 1A?

yes you get both. When i first started i bet the 1 and 1a won and i threw away a 300 dollar ticket. i didnt learn about this until a few weeks later. They are both from same trainer and some tracks but them in as this. Usually one horse is better then other

uh sbr contest has 2 races with a 1a and 1 in the race for ky derby events
