Starting times

I wanted to place some US horse racing bets couple days ago at BF. Some races were divided
by a short time like 5 min. I found that the starting times are quite different from
reality, so a race that should start 5 min after some other in fact starts sooner.
Do you know any alerter or XML feed that provides real starting times?

they are estimates only.

It's rare that a race starts earlier than it's estimated time in the PP or track program; usually it's a couple minutes later.

I found that bwin has it under control and a horn is played when a race is starting in 1 min.
