    best and worst track handicappers?
this means the clowns who give pre race or pre card analysis and their "picks" on the simulcast TV satellite feed. Only one I ever give any attention and respect to is that redhead at Monmouth Brad Stevens. John Bogar at Penn National is decent but best to give most attention to what he picks to finish 3rd

couple terrible ones who only pick the obvious chalks are Don Stevens at Delta and that old blonde at Mountaineer "nancy"

    your opinions ladies and gentlemen?

I don't pay alot of attention to most of those handicappers but one guy i would always listen to, because i don't handicap quarter horses alot, is Les Onaka..He caps for Los Alamitos and is by far the best QH handicapper i have seen.

QH racing is a no-no for wagering in PA. i went to NY and wagered on a TB race (i thought) turned out to be a QH race and it was over before i even checked to see who i had on the ticket i lost btw

In most cases they only point to the obvious choice.
Sometimes Mark from Mtr gives a bit of info when he does not like a favorite that is helpful.
Many like Jessica Pacheco but I don´t have access to the fairgrounds feed where I live so I don't know.

too many of them pick the favorites, the only ones worth watching was the Beulah twins, but not for their picks..

I will 2nd that. Beulah fired them due to cutbacks, what a shame.

Nancy from mountaineer who is stuck working with Mark (who tried to hit on her) because she needs the job (former trainer) and there are no other jobs in chester w va. constantly chastized by mark patterson because she doesn't use the drf to make her picks. uses the little condensed book and he hates that. but she hates him and you can see it by the body language she unabashingly demonstrates on air. he used to jump the fence when the place was called waterford park and for some reason is very much into it. but they are both burned out from picking these steeds and are brutal to watch.

Actually, not sure of his name, but the announcer at Evangeline Downs, who gives his horses to watch is very sharp... Often gives out $10-20 horses..

Onaka has hit a few pick 4's that are worthy of praise

if you like sb the woodbine harness cappers are good. they are constantly hitting the pick 4's. they helped me last night for 6 bucks to bring home 93.

Bogar is terrible. If you've been to Penn more than once, you're already tired of him, I'm sure. Was there every Saturday in March and I don't think he picked more than 2 winners out of about 40 races.
