It is not bottom of the barrel but it is very sad how far the quality has dropped. Ask Kent, Edgar or CJ. They all set records at MD tracks before they moved on.
Hey we still have the Preakness. Pim/Lrl used to be right up there with NY, KY and CAL. State govt. wouldn't pass slots bill for years(dirty crooks). Then they don't put the slots at the tracks. Still do not overlook MD breds and shippers. Preakness day handles well over 80,000,000 in one day.
Stronach destroyed everything.
Preakness is still an important major annual sporting event. The Derby is simply a prep race for the Preakness.

sorry about md racing. i even wonder why they put the pp's in the racing form anymore. the new england circuit has already died. it was never much anyway since the 70's. suffolk downs is on life support and will disappear soon without slots. the rest rockingham and all the fairs are already gone. meanwhile mr. exacta if you're around we're looking for pp's for sunday. we would give you all our points if we could.
