Offshore race books with video?

Are there any offshore race books that also offer video feeds?

If so, has anyone played at one?

The only one I see is AllHorseRacing.com, but they have a bad SBR rating.

most wouldn't bother because hrtv and tvg covers just about everything that is going on. if you can't get those cable channels you'd have to settle for video offered by usa based legal ones such as twinspires,tvg and the like.
