Nice winner. Weird how Setsuko was five wide in a five horse field. The two may have been best. Checked on the back stretch.

I never come up with the one on paper. But with the track playing the way it is and the horse charted in front at the half I took a shot with the cheap speed. It helps but I'm still down. Jessica had that one second in her picks.

Actually I keyed the 1/6 on top so the bet was less than that. It would be nice to save some of these for the World Series but I'll take it. Plenty of angles for the 6 Blinkers on, Drops from straight maiden to claimer, Smarty Jones breeding should love the off track, good trainer and a french jockey, no doubt a stable rider. Sometimes they run, sometimes they don't. This one did.
