Do you use your program on bottom level tracks? Just curious, as to see if your program would be more favorable to money patterns on bottom level tracks that may have some "crookedness" to them?

To me it's alll about the pool size. These Harness are tuff cause so little money changes my numbers in a hurry. It's harder to tell whats more meaningful. I like Pools to be larger than $10 - 15,000 Min.

I am playing these to just keep me sharp & workin on my angles!

I think it is wise to experiment. I encourage it.
I'm not a big fan of the exacta bet. Its hard enough to isolate the winner in a race. With the Exacta bet you are required to win two races within one race to cash. You need to win the race for first place plus you need to win the race for second place. Trip handicapping is a major factor when I look to play to play an exacta. The race shape can determine the outcome in certain situations. Plus plain old racing luck is increased as an element to be dealt with. IN addition the takeout in an exacta pool can be 25% or higher in some states making it unplayable in high volume. I don't see how your tote read method will be sucess in the long haul with the exacta pool.
What I think would be interesting is a breakdown of the types of races your tote read method has sucess in. For example : weekday maiden race at a major race track such as Gulfstream could show a long term profit using your method whereas it wouldn't be as sucessful for a weekend claiming race at Charlestown. There are lots of variables that could be explored.

I can certainly agree with all of what you have stated. I however love to continue to expand my game in may different ways. It keeps me sharp & always fine tuning my calcs. I love the challenge & look forward to try & learn something in my numbers & patterns everyday no matter how small it is. Yesterday I played 81 races at $12.00 a race. Thats a total outlay of $972.00 ... I lost 274.00 of that or I WON back $698.00 I need to hit at least 25% - 30% on my plays to make money on theses! I will continue to work this angle & see just how it ends up for me.
