BetUS confiscates $2805 in player's winnings
A BetUS (SBR rating D+) player states that he had $2,805.70 in winnings confiscated. On November 8th, the player says he won a Pick-4 racebook wager on the Meadowlands track. The wager paid $2905.70. After being credited with the win, his account was locked. The player says he called BetUS and spoke to a supervisor named Mike, who allegedly informed him that he was warned not to bet "those tracks". The BetUs supervisor credited him with $100 from the win, and refused to reinstate the rest of his winnings. SBR is following up on this dispute.

i used to do the same till i got burned on some huge pick 4.s and only got pack $300 per play were the score was over 3-4K each hit people do i guess to avoid the taxes but i now just play them at a local track nearby and if i hit , i find a signer and give them 10% at least. now there no more headaches if your going to get paid or not.

maybe they just warned him on the pk4's, i've made pk4 bets in sbr's book that were voided for no reason

even if they didn't warn him, they NEVER would have paid him

do they have limits posted for payouts? most books will only pay out a certain amount on certain tracks, but $100 that is ridiculous.

I don't like paying the track here taxes here when you have a winner so I go with Bet Jamaica and DSI for my horse bets because of getting rebates but I don't play pick 4 or Supers at all with off shore because the payoffs a the track are the amount and not capped by any means. I am doing the most of my wagering of exatas and win place and show with off shore because of them rebates they give you which is good with DSI.

I would never go with Bet Us I have heard too much bad things about them stiffing players and I am glad the folks here have said not to go with the or sportsbook.com

Did anyone even look at this? Meadowlands didn't even race Nov 8th...

I am not saying whoever it's didn't get screwed but there was NO payout any of the weekends for that amount in Nov at that track.

Sounds a little fishy since there are mixed payout results but offshores are definitely more risky

one good thing i can say about bodog they payout in the racebook, no 300-1 stupid cap

did BetJamaica take the cap away in the new racebook...they capped at 600-1 but if you bet $10 or more on a ticket it was capped at 300-1...made no sense
