You know sometimes how you say something without thinking .
This happened to me with Liam.
Here is the story , my ROI was incorrect after Thursdays picks , Nov. 18th , they score in the middle of the night so I don't see it until the next morning the 19th, they did not take out two scratched horses which allowed a 36.20 winner to be excluded from my last 12 picks, so I report it right away I e-mail to support and I leave a voice mail also , well they got it right today and posted the correct ROI , to me it seem like a long time, so without thinking I sent an e-mail to both parties , thanking them for getting it correct , I stated to Liam ; quote : Your tech support team must be in India , that is what's wrong with this country, everything has been outsourced, just joking !
Well would you believe that he sent me an e-mail back and sure enough that his tech support is in India .
How do you do , stuck my foot right in my mouth , no harm no fowl , I hope ... glad I said that I was joking.
