This is a test trial to see if we like it better and allow for everybody to still be alive late in the competition.I think this will make every contest competitive to the bitter end.

Texas Star just posted .... what's his wager , if you don't say what the wager will be then can one assume that it is 2.00 to win /2.00 to place or 4.00 to win and if a scratch occurs 4.00 to win on the alt. .... just wondering .

Mikemca......my question is this...if we sent you multiple 6 sbr points ( lets say three times ), can that person be allowed to play this contest with three selections posts = 1 for each points submitted. Or are we committed to only one submittal.

This is in regard to the new $4 per race bankroll and multi options available which starts on 11/18/10

Just one entry.Its just a fun contest and if everyone starts submitting multiple picks its just too much work to grade.I already get swamped when there are more than 10 people trying to keep up with scratches and scoring.

yes i dont think we should double a exacta payoff somebody hits a bomber exacta, and its over i think the best should be made for either a win bet, a place bet or a win-place bet. any thoughts on this?

Thats fine although I think hitting a big exacta with just 2 horses would be much more difficult than just nailing a longshot to win.

I normally never bet exactas before the race because I always want to see what value I'm getting. I think a great option would be to multiply $4 X the number of races & alllow the person to bet ALL of it on their best horse; possibly WIN only & possibly only profit the WINNINGS. What do you guys think?

Picking every race is what drives the contest.If we just had $48 the logical thing to do would be to put it all on your strongest play turning it into whos best bet wins.

Hey Mike. I like what you say. I've only been able to play a couple of these contests
and I like the idea of keeping it simple but interesting. It gives me a reason to flip through
some charts and maybe I'll learn something. If I wanted something more I can take some points
and bet the races through off site or even on SBR. ( I did that last week and had a couple of
small winners). I like to play this for fun. Keep up the good work. If it gets to the point where
I don't like what you're doing I'll just stop playing. PS I do like the idea of mixing a couple of different
tracks.

Thx Laurin it won't get any bigger than exacta and W/P bets .I will keep the $4 per race BR maybe through the weekend and then re evaluate if we should go back to just W/P.

How about just making the BEST BET any type of single race bet, even .10 supers using up to $8
