Pompano Race #9 #8 VC Scooter
Last race was in the 3hole and settled back 6th on the rail as a closer at the quarter. He remained 5th-6th trapped on the rail until the 3quarters as some junk horse would not die and held him in. For some odd reason when he was clear the driver sat there giving up and gapped back 5th on the rail about 2-3 back from the horse in front of him. He decided to catch up at the start of the stretch and jerked him 4 wide(dumbass could not even keep him smooth). When he went to the whip the horse flew down the stretch for 3rd only 2 back.
Pros: dropping in class. closer who should not be shuffled back this time. Had a ton left when used last race. I would be expecting 3rd over. Expecting a good price.
Cons: Bad driver. starting in the 8hole out of 9 at a 5/8 track which kinda blows especially for a closer. Would have to go 3rdwide around the 3/4 and not sure if the driver would do it.
