Question; Suppose I have a filly that I wan,t to breed. So I pay 100.000 dollars to the owner of the stud.

Do I own the foal outright or does the owner get a share of my foal? You out there joey?

While every contract is a little different,in almost all cases,you will be the full owner of the foal.
