Prize money varies daily. Sometimes $10 to the winner, other occasions $15 to 1st and $10 to 2nd.
Format of competition is not always the same. Sometimes it is a fixed $20-$20 win and place and other times you are given $30 to spend on win, place, and/ or show with always 10 bets being the max.
Each player starts with a bankroll of $0.00 and may make a maximum of 1 wagers per day, on any allowable race, during the contest. Proceeds from winning wagers, based on actual track payouts, are added into your bankroll.
A wager is made on a single entry for each race on the specified combination of the bet types and wager increments (i.e. $2 WPS). An alternate selection must be provided for each wager. [SHOW wagers will automatically be moved to the PLACE position if there is no show wagering. Place wagers will automatically be moved to the WIN position, if there is no PLACE wagering.]
A required wagering day is any day that all scheduled races for the contest are run where there are track payouts for each race.
A player will be eliminated from the contest if they miss more than 0 required wagering days.
A player will be eliminated from the contest if any contest wager returns $0.00 dollars into their bankroll.
Any contest wager may be cancelled or changed up to 0 MTP.
In the event that the selected entry for a wager is scratched or declared a non-starter, the wager is placed on the alternate. If the alternate is scratched as well, the wager will be declared void and will not count as a missed wager day. [Any player purposefully (as determined by management) placing wagers on early scratches in order to say alive will be eliminated, and the entry fee will not be refunded.]
In the event that any part of a card at one of the participating tracks is cancelled, any wagers made on a cancelled race will be declared void and will not count as a missed wager day.
The winner of this eliminator contest is the player with the highest bankroll who either; has not been eliminated or lasted the longest. If the last remaining players are eliminated on the same day, the player with the highest bankroll will be the winner. In the case of payouts to multiple particpants, the 2nd place finisher is the player with the 2nd highest bankroll that either; did not get eliminated or lasted the longest. And so on...
The minimum number of players for this contest is 5. If the numbers of players in this contest has not met the minimum requirement, the contest will be declared void after the first race is made official and all entry fees will be refunded.
