Safe Place to Play horses

I am new to the forum, can you guys recommend a safe place to play horses.

all the main criteria, high rated place, takes smaller tracks for quarter horse racing. Rebate would be nice but not mandatory.

I am mainly a horse player so sportsbook part not important for the most part

I'm w/ tvg and xpressbet. Payout NO problem at all. You can also cash money out at certain track that has a xpressbet booth.

Bodog, Bookmaker, Wagerweb and Carib take QH at Los Alamitos. Not sure about other tracks. Don't take any bonuses at Bookmaker. They don't count racebook action for the rollover.

I would go with Bet Jamaica also, they give rebates win or lose and they are excellent, they are quick at grading your winners also. They take almost every major track.

I play at Betjamaica and they are great,

but they dont take quarter horses besides los alamitos.

all advertise lone star and evangeline, delta downs, but they only take them while Thourougbreds are running.

Looking for other good offshore horse places, tough to bet money at tvg or xpressbet that filters into the pools since Qh pools are so much smaller.

5Dimes has the best coverage of the smaller tracks, but limit WPS to $25, 2 horse exotics to $5 and 3 or more exotics to $2. The positive is they take tracks nobody has heard of and they generally offer all the exotics the track does. No rebates, but they pay a 10% bonus on win and exotics for the major tracks, about 20 in all.
