how can you post the form not playing but will post the form probably play thur

Right next to the Smiley face you'll see an icon that looks like a paper clip. click on that then click on browse.. You have to know where you saved the file from your computer. Once you located the file click on upload. once finished close the box and click on the paperclip icon again and it should now be there. Click on the pdf and it will link it here.. baymeadow.pdf
