went to the palm beach kennel club a few weeks back and had 8 bucks left to bet
did a pick 4
now their machines dont let you see odds or anything on future races on the pick 3 or 4's or such
was just messing around and single singled singled and tough there were 7 horses in last race so picked 1-7 total cost 7 dollars left me with a dollar that i just bought a bag of chips with. well i am not shitting you the three singles hit i had no clue just picked numbers one was like 4-1 the other was like 2-1 and the other beat a 3-5 favorite at 9 to one.
i was shitting my pants knowing i hit it because i had all and looking at payouts were around 1000-2000 for tis pick 4 then i realized their was a 8th horse... he was like 4 or 5-1 i was like i have it covered.. well 8 won and i lost..
this was freaking torture from the horse gods.. but i cant be too mad because i was just screwing around but that bag of chips cost me 1450 dollars
