Remember I am giving out winners for every race because some people like to bet every race. Not every race fits the system however (due to late scratches that might reduce the field or the price being too low on the horses we want to bet). You do have to do SOME monitoring of what's going on at the track.
The manual includes the sites you can look at (some are free like Equibase.com) to get up to date track odds and conditions.
ALL KEY VALUE HORSES (IN CAPS) - Bet these horses to Win and Place, and then there are a number of possibilities for the exotic bets. As it mentions in the manual we try and stay away from the races with the 6 horse fields, especially if the best horses to bet on offer no real value (ie, they're the favorites) so you wouldn't necessarily include those in your Pick 3 bets.
The 3 horses listed are the three that have a chance to win the race, it doesn't mean from left to right these horses will finish 1st, 2nd and 3rd. It means if you are going to do exotic bets like Pick 3's and Pick 4's these would be the horses to include in your combination bets.
