Thanks Joe and dice for giving me some luck .... I posted this pick before I realized that FLY BOY was such a short price ... was hoping that the horse would go off at even money or 6/5 but it went off less than even money ....let me make it clear that I bet win only on a horse that is less than even money and I never bet a horse at 2/5 but I will bet a horse at 4/5 sometimes you just don't know what the odds are ... the odds change as they go around the track at some tracks if the pools are short ..... A horse needs to be even money or better for me to back it up with the place bet ..... If I bet a horse to place, I will watch the tote board and expect to get back at least 3.00 on the place bet .... I hope that this will clear things up .... I bet win only on this horse even though I posted win / place.... remember if I post win / place doesn't mean that I bet the place if the odds are less than even money ....
