I would try twin spires and see if they accept you from Oklahoma.

I prefer xpressbet bet over tvg and youbet. Never used Twin spires but I've heard good things.

Twinspires does indeed take players from Oklahoma and they do also have 10c superfecta's.

I like them ... they offer more UK/Ireland tracks than anyone else - and the video feeds are much better than anything else out there ... They are my go-to place when I can't get the odds I need on eHorseX.
