it is my guess they treat this day just like any other day during their horse racing season/meet. Typical safety rules that are in place for weather would be used here.

They are gonna run come rain or sun. Looks like it was clearing up a bit which could dry out the track over next few hours and not be so sloppy. Have to watch and see.
