Street Sense and Hard Spun 9/29 @ Turfway Park

I've thought from the start Hard Spun was way overrated, but he showed some grit last out in the King's Bishop when getting passed in deep stretch and coming back to win. I liked him in this race but no betting value in 4-horse field and he was a lower price ($3.80) than I thought.

Street Sense is now 0-3 on Polytrack, so the excuses will be flying, but I think this guy is an easy throw out in the BC Classic. If you like him, you'll get a good price. He beat nothing in those 2 races at Saratoga.

Hard Spun is tough to figure. He'll have to rate in the Classic but he's getting good at the right time and might have a shot since the older horses are not that great.

If you mean Futures, I'd stay away. Too much can go wrong between now and Oct. 27. Plus, you're going to get great value in the Classic because it could be a 12 to 14-horse field. Just think, Invasor was 5-1 last year.
