I tend to pick my horses about 5 mins before the "off" based on pace/speed/trainer angles and current odds/value ... I'll start posting my plays here just to keep track of them.

First .. Charles Town - R1 - #2 - Cherokee Ribbon @ 8-1 could be anything - but at that price this one does not have to be anything special to take this race ... has been running over MUCH shorter distance - I think step up will suit him.

Someone sent me a message asking how I normally play them ...

I tend to play the first two selections ... over the first three in exacta's ...

So here in race 4 = i'd play

5,2 over 5,2,4 = 4 units total bet.

This is my normal "Just want something to watch" method

That early hit almost paid for the rest of my plays ... ended slightly down tonight ... but not too bad for a track I don't like playing .... there wasn't much of anything else to watch tonight though ....



Saving my pennies for my Tuesday afternoon trip to Will Rogers Downs again .... lets see if Curtis Kimes can have a good day again ... seems to be far and away the best jockey there right now.
