Mountaineer Cancelled - 3/2/2010

I wish there was an official over/under on cancellations on Mnr now through May 1... I would guess approaching double digits

Mountaineer has run two races in two days. What a way to open your season. Look for more of this as the weather back east will not get any better.

I really dont get why they dont just race like May 1 to November 30th and just race 5 or 6 days a week.. Its so stupid to race now and have people handicap and pay for pp's, only to get cancelled after race 2.. Its pretty insulting and infuriating to fans

do they refund you if you buy pp's online and a track cancels after a few races? i know bris i believe gives you the money back if they dont run at all, not sure aboot if they run 1 or 2 races..

This is the first time they have taken a winter break of any kind for quite a long time .... at least they cut out what have always been the worst two months for them in terms of cancellations. I guess even mountaineer can't control the weather

I agree that your PP provider should refund the money for the cards you bought ... Bris has always been more than fair with me when something like this happens.

Generally trackmaster will not refund you unless the track never runs... so running 2 races hurts everyone

no you can't CONTROL the weather but you can acknowledge the weather patterns that happen at your tracks for decades LOL...
