Im not sure but if i had to guess id say the track while it looked good was thawing out and became uneven and unsafe, not sure but thats my guess, jockeys probably refused to ride after the 4th

probably the weather since a lot of the northeastern tracks cancelled

philly cancelled training yesterday(sunday) to try to race, cancelled racing anyway, they are running today supposedly, track is listed good.. bright and sunny out here, beautiful day actually
