Hey Gang, I am going to have folks over for the card Saturday and the races at Oaklawn look inviting. I think there will be some prices and hope you guys will help me find them. The first race I want to look at is the Oaklawn Mile. There will be 2 horses taking most of the money so I am looking at #6 Emmanuel who is listed on the ML at 10-1. There are some things to like and one is the price. He will be a square number and I am going to include him in my horizontals. 2 for 2 at the distance. He has been racing on the turf and AW and don't think he cared for the Tapeta. The jock has a positive ROI in his last 7 races with Maker. He has 3 starts on a fast dirt surface with 2 wins. like the consistency..break maiden from 11 post first out..stretch out run a close 3rd with a follow up 2nd by a head (3 career starts) ..kind of horse might step to the plate with a class rise ..going a little further doesn't hurt with a distance and mud capable pedigree ..should set up nice with a lot speed in here ..not a bad horse to put in 3rd and 4th with 3 6 8 9 (top 4)Comment -
