When I saw the chart, I had to watch the replay. The horse broke very sluggishly, like he was disinterested. I have no clue what that was about. Blinkers ON usually means ready, set, go with energy. Not today. The rider gets the horse running after several strides and the horse proceeds to run off and fight the bit all down the backside.
Watching that, this horse just doesn't get it. Sluggish, runoff, no relax, then relax, and then tired. Still tried but tired.
This one needs to get it's head in the game. That is now on the trainer. The horse is currently lost mentally.
Sorry about that pick. I guess that 46 and change work was all just running off with no purpose.

signs of talent were there and ,as you know, stuff like this happens..sure they'll be other good opportunities


seems to me based on his pp's and what you said if they did get this horse's head right there's probably some ability there..his trainer is one of the better one's out there so hopefully he'll be able to over the course of his next few starts

There is ability there. Not necessarily a great amount but certainly enough to beat those types.
The horse just looks lost at this point IMO.

I always recommend no play on sloppy,muddy (good ok) and off the turf races but I don't want to monitor and update conditions during the day .. will put OFF TRACK as results for those even if the horse runs in the money..no comments about bad trips

and a suggestion. If you do the update every night or in the morn and don't go a week without doing it. You will find it less taxing.

thanks easy..was thinking people are aware in general that horses can go off way different odds than the ml so it kind of averages out over time and no need to mention odds for out of the money runners ..also I want to post less races in general .. between both of these it makes the task a lot more manageable

sounds good. yeah that makes sense. also less taxing without the odds. The game not working out lately for me. Going to scale it back a bit. I find when I do that I come back stronger. Especially with SAR/DMR starting in about 2 months.

certainly been the case with me this year and over many decades .happens to everyone and staying away the best thing if you have the discipline to do it..off a layoff never a bad thing for horseplayers imo
