The GOV Roy Cooper is signing the bill today. It takes effect in NC no earlier than 1/8/2024 and no later than 6/14/2024. Finally able to wager on the horses Par-mutual wise in this state. Good Luck to all.

THX STR Yeah I play the tourney sites like Derby Wars and Horse tourneys which are legal here. And I still will. But it will be nice to have the option to wager Pari-Mutual wise as well legally.
