Hey JBEX I also played the #6 race #7 from CNL. 50/1 the #10 bomb scored that race. looked again and could not play that horse. what say you? THe only think is the rider had some good success with him previously.

one of those oddball trainer/owner/breeder are the same.. when he ran at tampa a local down there trained him.. if you exclude the last race which is much tougher, 2-5 back never worse than 2nd running 1) at 2)a little lower and 3) a little higher than this level.. unknown trainer and slow works got you this price.. based on how he's run, not a reach at all imo

Yeah the #4 had the 2nd best number on turf in the field. was also recently running the hurdles. my contest stated race #2 so did not cap this race till looking at it now. thx

you know I went straight to his pp's and assumed it was a dirt race.. along the lines of the careless stuff I do of late.. that changes everything of course and all the points ai made are moot.. I don't agree however that his turf effort was bad relative to this race.. he was within 1 length at the pace calls in that turf route and look how fast the pace was for that race.. that would have turned me back in a positive direction in evaluating this horse's chances.. may even overcome the fact he has no turf sprint experience

yeah me too that's why in the contest limiting it to one track each time period. When I was capping that race I should have focused on his 1 sod try. would have seen the pace and the fact he was up close at 8F in a blistering pace. Also too like I said the rider had decent success with the horse. If it's any consolation only 3 of 149 players in the game picked the #10 that race. LOL.

yeah good points another logical LS score. concentration is huge. it's a lot easier after the fact for sure, That's what makes a good capper seeing these angles in advance. Hopefully we do at the SPA 2022.
