In my experience, the bigger the Day, the harder it is to win. Too many contenders going for big dough. Give me Thistle on Monday, I enjoy it just as much as any Triple Crown card day and have a better chance for success. But that's just me, I would never/can't speak for any another horse playing Brother or Mother. Congrats Mr G&T, they're in day 3 of the G & T celebration in Tasmania. You could win the presidency, if they have one. This contest reminded of a great defensive battle in an NFL game, like a 10-9 final.
