Anyone ever make a horse bet & have it disappear?

At one of the most highly regarded offshore books I am 99% sure I made a confirmed horse bet & then it won & it disappeared.

Just wondering if anyone else has experienced making a horse bet and having it disappear.

Nope but I always check the pending horse wagers to make sure it went thru. GL James.
