I am in an interesting situation In my State Jelly, They finally legalized Pari mutual wagering on the horses but they priced themselves out of the Market. It costs 200K to do business here 10X more expensive then the highest State NY. Consequently no app offers their services here. Supposedly NC will fix that soon. I am in a holding pattern. In the meantime I play Derby Wars and sometimes post mythical plays.Comment -
