I guess you have to kill someone in New York to get a DQ. How obvious can it be? Race 7. The winner turned right into the 6 horse. The ruling was that the 6 horse did not lose a spot, so no foul. BULL!! A foul is a foul. The results should have nothing to do with the fact that a foul was committed. NYRA is so full of caca.
