3rd race missed trifecta by a nose, 35-1 longshot would have gotten it on the place and show
Sure, I could have boxed it.
But, the problem with boxing it, I would spend 6x11x=66 on every bet for trifectas, 24x11=264 For superfecta. Which is why I don't do that.
I got an argument at the race book with one of my friends over that the other day.

Race 1
Shit show, leave it off your card if you want.i watched some unimpressive qualifiers and past races on YouTube videos.
Horse 1 is competitive and goes inside for big post relief, so I got this one winning. Horse 2 is the favorite, but broke stride before the gate opened and outright quit the race-untrustworthy. If it minds it's manners, it should be in the top 2.
Race 2
5 for the upset. Horse is faster by 1 second over the favorite., and I'm sticking to it. I think the 5 gets out fast and dominates this race. If I'm wrong the. I'm wrong.
Race 3
I like this one a lot. I think I can pull off the trifecta here 4-2-1. 8 then 5 if their is a scratchComment -

Race 4
#1 has gotta win this one. Drurry gets another Carmen Auciellio trained horse and should get another win. He may have to earn it. I think #3 Bob McClure will pester him on the final stretch. I got 5 in third as he gets his best post this year, and I think we get a great price for a nice trifecta if 1&3 holds true
Race 5
Best bet here in #1. He should crush everybody. 1-5 2-5 3-5 odds by post time will be no shocker. Need the exacta and the #4 Horse has a lot of experience and very competitive with good past times. After that, I think we're throwing darts at a dart board for numbers.
Race 6
Not a good one here. I got 6 winning, and I'm not very confident with it. I have to admit I took this horse because I think I'm going to get a good price, not because I think it's going to win. It does have the potential to getting an upset Victory because it has a good past performance in it's most recent.
I left the one-off and it's going to be the heavy favorite by post I've no doubt. But when you break stride in your last couple of races, I just can't trust you so that's why I left the one off all together
Race 7
I think I can steal a tasty exacta here, 2with6. I gotta hunch the 5 is overrated and will under perform in its return to Mohawk. But then again,I could be wrong and it wins by 3+ lengths
Race 8
Louis Phillips Roy has not been himself and has struggled post pandemic. However, he got a nifty win with this horse last week, and he gets a great price here. The competition is beatable. Exemplar can go wire to wire, he's got to get out fast, stay in front, and dominate the race. They'll come for him on the stretch as the inside horses can late kick.
Rac9 & 10
As I was handicapping race 9, I didn't know anything about race 10. But it turns out the analysis is about the same.
This trainer has a history of taking horrible horses and getting remarkable upsets out of them. The driver is decent. I think he gets at least one upset, if not both in the final 2 races of the night.

Race 1
#1 should be an easy winner today.
In fact, I got 5 #1's winning and they look like easy winners.
This horse should be less than even money by post time. Trick is to get the exacta, and I like the 7, its gonna be a good price.
743 look like they will be battling for place and show on the stretch
Race 2
#1 to win, but not as easy as the last race. 1&3 should battle for top 2. Exacta box would not be a bad idea here, But, I am going to stick with 1w3
#4 was here last week and finished in third.
Basicaly, same race, same results as last week.
Race #3
Going for a bomb here.
In this trot, #6 got out very fast and should do this again because the rest of this field are not very good on early speed. So, I think this is a chance this horse's driver can correct this for the stretch, because thats where it fell apart last week.
Race #4
Horse #4 looks like an easy winner because of last weeks time. Might be a fluke, wouldn't bet the farm on it. Still I can't overlook it.
Took the 8 for the exacta based on pp#'s, after that, just throwing darts on a dart board for numbers.
Race #5
I can't pick all favorites, so I'll pick a bomb here. Non- winners last 5, and nothing stands out. this horse has ran 1:51 in its past, and no one has come close. But that was a while a go. I suspect if I get a winner out of this one, winning day, the rest of the numbers dont really matter.
Race #6
#4 should be an easy winner as it drops in class. Should be a best bet, but will probably go 1-5 1-9 by post. Should be a clusterfuck after that, #4 should win by 4 or 5 lengths.
Race #7
Last week it was in the worst post, finished first.
This week, best post, fastest time in the past. Simple math makes this the easy winner, right? But its morning line is only 5/2. What does its odds makkers know?
Took #4 or the exacta. If one holds, should be the easiest exacta on the card today.
Race #8
#2 moves up in class, but should be an easy winner.
10 and 1 should get the next 2 spots, this race looks like a battle with the inside horses. Trifecta box not a bad idea here.
Race #9
Another #1 with a win off last week with good past #'s. Easy winner last week. I got him with an edge over stable mate #3.
I watched #3's qualifier, and didn't impress me enough to make him the winner, but he still could win.#6 will be competitive, 1,3w1,3w6 s not a bad idea, but this trifecta, if it hits, probably won't pay a ton.
Race #10
Anoter domininant #1 in the best post. Big winner last week. I should have picked it first, not second. I'm not making that mistake again, hopefully((watch it place second since I just jinxed myself, lol). #6 was the horse I picked to beat this horse last week, so I hope I can get this exacta right, this week. #4 was on the #1 horse's tail in a race back in March-since Im getting a price, I'll go with that.

First two races were winners with an exacta in the second.
I would have gotten an exacta in the second, but my horse decide to drift off and say hi to no fans in the stands on the final stretch, allowing a long shot to steadily finish in second.
3rd race, nobody got it, 77-1 long shot surged late
