Saw he died today. Only 7 years old.

Never saw any horse as good as he was during that 4-race win streak (Travers, BC Classic, Pegasus, Dubai World Cup.) Not even close.

That comeback from a last-place break in Dubai one of the most exciting and visually pleasing races I’ve ever seen. Maybe even the best. Just incredible.

Just as puzzling is he was never the same horse after that trip overseas. Just a bizarre career that reached an incredible zenith and ended with a thud. All in the span of 18 months.

Yes. Incredible race. I actually just watched all four of his G1 wins in a row on replay. What a run!
