    memorial day
    churchill

    R1 #11 call papa (15-1)
    R4 #7 road game (7-2)

wired a big field of mdn claimers with solid pace and final figs.. this where you're supposed to go next

R5 #6 street to indy (5-2) even money

different horse since diodoro took over.. not only by winning last with a stakes quality figure but the allowance race 4 back.. thinking he may have returned too fast after that one causing a bounce.. plenty of time to recover this time

    santa anita

    R4 #5 enriched by deb (7-2)

    R9 #1 without parole (4-1) shoemaker mile grade 1

think a mile's what he wants.. last an extremely fast race and this a much easier bunch imo.. war of will.. understand casse trying here with that pedigree but wouldn't want to take a short price on a horse with no turf experience

    golden gate

    R10 #7 imperator (7-2)

done amazing work with him since the claim..considering what she was claimed for have no problem with the drop

    R11 #7 golden delight (5-2)

Jbex- I completely would not take a short price (I don’t think he will be) on War of Will but he was 100% bred for the Turf. (That’s all Flaxman cares about) first four starts we’re all on turf with three of them being graded stakes. I think this is definitely a spread race but see Without Parole being 9/5 in this race (all the national handicappers love him today). It good to see such a great card today at Santa Anita with the graded turf races today. Gun to my head having to pick one horse in this race for a win bet it would be True Valour at 20/1 ML. Good luck today!

I know you’re probably not looking at Fonner today but it could be bombs today if they get the card in (which I think they are trying to do, but we’ll see what the jockeys say). The track has taken about 7 inches of rain in the last 48 hours and it’s going to rain all day.

Nor would I take a short price on 1- Without Parole. While one mile maybe what he wanted all along, can’t back a horse with confidence when he hasn’t won since June of 2018. I would rather take the other Chad Brown horse over Parole. I like Casse confidence sending War of Will straight a G1 event, especially when he has all these bullet works (which he doesn’t do often). Eat of Will has run on turf before, and I was gonna single him when he was entered at GP a few weeks ago. Although I can’t stand Prat, I still have to use him in the Pick 6. If I have to a shot at a long, it would be 3- Next Share (ML 12-1). This 7 yr is very consistent and occasionally can fire a good one for the win, last out was 3rd to River Boyne who had an excellent trip last two times. But now he is stuck way outside while the 3 should get a better trip while saving ground. If he fires, he has as a chance and any in my opinion. GL.

wow thanks Ventura.. somehow I had it in my mind that he hadn't been on it.. probably because his last 10 weren't but his first 4 were and they're not in the pp's.. but still turf records are there and shouldn't have made that mistake.. kind of a strange scenario his path but it still's not the same as never been on it.. sounds like without will be lower than 4-1 by what you're saying.. can see yours at a price.. I mean he's won a G2, G3, looks like he some trouble in the breeders cup and missed by a length (4th) in the G1 kilroe last race..3 back just a primer to stretch out off.. also inside post and looks like a legit pace in this
race.. and a mile specialist.. maybe valdivia makes the ml maker think he'll go off that high.. doesn't make sense.. not changing my pick just saying like yours

I see where you're coming from but I put a lot weight to exiting a better race. on the brisnets the pegasus turf was a far better race than the ones these were running in.. I like the fact he was fairly close (lengths behind wise) to the stretch call which in that race would be a half mile further than this race is being run.. the competition he was running against in europe was probably much better than what he'll be facing in this race (that's what the general opinion is..euro graded competition much better than the states at the same levels (grade 1-group 1)..he did manage a group 1 win over there also in his 4th start.. I was commenting on ventura's pick true valour and think next shares is very similar to him in ability (both close out of the kilroe mile and what they did prior to that).. on pace figures he's the speed of the speed and those ny bred stakes races he ran in last year are as fast as the grade 1's these are coming out of.. bottomline it's a very interesting betting race.. gl mgnt

JBEX, good luck today. Really like your CD R5 choice and SA R4 (one of my better plays today) both will be short price though, and also like #5 Sea of Liberty in R7 at SA. That G1 SA R9 is a solid betting race. I'm curious to see how the MLs hold up, many options for that race. Leaning #8 Raging Bull right now.

                          hey jmc

just watched the 7 win and as I mentioned in the writeup 6 this race opened low (3-5)

looked at R7 (sa) and hard to argue off his last 2 races.. I'm a little intrigued with 2 ostini (12-1).. he wired the field last year here at same distance and level.. that's why he has to be up for sale.. his pace figures much better than sea of liberty's and johnny v decides to ride.. good luck to you also

Gonna take a shot against the 6, not sure if I want to take a short price. Definitely a must use for P6; but gonna a take a stab at the 7- Shortlist (ML 4-1), and Ex 7-4 box.

just watched him go down.. if I kept it simple that he regressed after his last big win and not worry about timing then I had a legit bet against angle (figured low odds when I picked him earlier). since I predicted low I can't say wouldn't have bet him at those odds.. your's ran good.. just missed

I’m going to hammer as many 7-2 exactas as possible in the 5th race. Isn’t going to pay much though.

Also, I’m 5 deep in the pick 5 here in the 4th race (2,4,5,10,11). I think the 10 is live at what is currently 45-1.

GL.
Next share ran huge , those fractions were flying tho
