i placed a bet on a horse to show. He finished 2nd so he showed. The win was at 4.2 for a $2 ticket. I had placed $50 on this.. how much money should I receive back INCLUDING. The original bet?

If he paid $4.20 you have it 25 times

you have to know how much it paid in the third spot (show)...knowing he paid 4.20 to win tells us he was close to even $..(+100) but some of them might pay 4.20 to win, 3.20 to place, 2.60 to show kind of thing...look at the show payout and multiply that by 25.

they paid 105.. but that was with the original bet in there, so i suppose they paid correctly at the 4.2
