Knew he would start slow again, as he was more active at Bel, Mon, and Gulf than usual. Avoid his starters with solid Belmont form, unless taking a big step up in class, as the rest will be over bet. Look to bet the long layoffs( like this one), the Stakes starters, and the 2 year olds(specifically the turfers).
