Played a $1800 ticket today that got stuffed by a 70-1 in the 7th race. Nobody hit so 830k carryover tomorrow. I would assume pool will be 3million+. Putting a ticket together now for it

Probably gonna go real deep in 3 of the races. Race 7 looks impossible to not play at least 4-5 horses. And likely gonna gamble and single the pletcher in 8. Looking to not go over $2500

gonna look tomorrow..sometimes will get involved in a small ticket (@200) with a few buddies but have a hunch I won't this time..If I don't will post a $100-$300 ticket I'd play if I were participating just for fun

Just writing numbers down my preliminary ticket looks like this

3- 235
4- 246
5- 145
6- 567
7- 1234567
8- 8

That ticket cost 1134. I feel confident in the first 2 races to not need any other horses. I can add 1-2 horses in 5 or 6. 1 horse in each takes the ticket to 2016 which is fine. If the pletcher horse loses race 8 they can just take my $

Thanx, I'll look at the 3 in race 5 and will post my final ticket when I get to track tomorrow. I want to stick with the single in the last race, if it loses it loses lol

the only p6 I ever hit ,and I dont play them often, was about 10 years ago at CD..that was a 1.7M carryover that went to over 4M..played 216 ticket and it paid around 32K which was 4x the parlay price so great value ..even with modest prices you'll get a nice pay off for the odds..obviously adding mine to the final leg doubles the ticket which is ridiculous..you could come back with a separate ticket if you wanted some shot at covering that horse (like playing my ticket)..I'm not trying to be pushy or say I really like that horse so much but just putting forth another option to include him for a limited amount of money. .look forward to seeing your final ticket tomorrow

I've hit 4 in the 2 years I've followed horses. Biggest hit was 74k. I've hit 5 of 6 many times, including on mandatory payout last week at Del Mar, which doesn't pay 5 of 6 lol

I honestly have never felt better about a pick 6 than today's. won the first 4, had 5 horses in the 5th leg and 3 in the last. Lost them both lol

4 in 2 years including one for 74k..very nice!! I downloaded the brisnet's for aqueduct just to look at the horses who won the last 2 races..Realize easy to say after its over but the $140 horse in the 7th imo ridiculous overlay..I could go over his 5 race career line by line and explain bad efforts and highlight good ones. .bottom line to me he's not a reach at all..amazed he went off that high..the latter a little tough to have but I've definitely seen worse horses win at 20-1..Not sure I would have picked riff raff in advance but if I had to make a decision close to post time could definitely see me going with him at those odds..definitely let me know what your ticket is today..be rooting for you

It's funny cuz that 70-1, had I been at the track during that race, I probably would have bet a little across on him. Odds were beyond ridiculous and was definitely worth a flyer at that price

2 and 5 the obvious figure horses in the last leg..if I were to add one more it'd be your 7..lots going on with him blinks on,t/d,1st lasix,drop..in a bad race like that good to consider angles like those..as I said too bad a big carryover is wasted on this garbage card though

right forgot about the consolations ..yes with the chalk parade in the previous races doesn't hurt quite as much
