Where u getting this, i see this as their picks

Value Plays: PP 8, Hollywood Don - PP 12, Riker - PP 2, Azar - PP 22, Catapult

As I stated, they don't take into account foreign horses BUT if you look at the page, they are listed on top (rather then the bottom) which tells you they fall above the normal "value"picks. If you look at the other races, the foreigners are at the bottom of the listing- but not this race.
