lost money at the track but made it back at roulette +some...so all and all a "good day"

got a ride in the starting car/hummer...which is always cool.

Went there for the first time in September. Of last year. It is a very weird track. You drive down this road thru all the warehouses and old buildings then all of a sudden there a casino and track. I enjoyed it though I love the view of the river strange seeing big ships go by behind the backstretch. The parking garage was weird very steep and cramped then found out later there is a prison right across the street u drive by it to get back to the I 95.Will go back some day.

decent place to race (nice slot infused purses) and close to home for me....(45 min)
daytime racing so youre home for dinner most of the time even if you have one in the later races.
casino is decent....very clean. the trainers: not so much.

they won't fix the track. driver seriously injured because of it. they won't spend the money (big bucks) to repair it. purses are high or drivers would boycott. place hasn't really caught on with public. hard for a horse to close there.

and yet the races fill.....the drivers drive and the $ gets distributed....

*prayers/thoughts go out to Anthony colletta who is still in a coma.....the guy driving the hummer said colletta landed a few yards from him. thought he was dead.arms under him like u coulda rolled him right into a casket. scary driving horses at 30 mph+ with inches to spare.
