Pick 4 at the SPA

Can someone help with what the payout should be on this pick 4. To preface, bet was originally cancelled via local becuase of the 12 scratching in R5. Want to make sure the right thing is being done.

Player had a $.50 pick 4 for $48

Starting with R3 1,3,6,7/2,5/1,6,7,8,10,12/2,3

In R5 the 12 horse along with a few others scratched. SPA site has the final pick 4 as 7-2-3/5/8/11/12-3 for $905 on a $2 pick 4.

R3 the 7 won, R4 the 2 won, R5 the 8 won, R6 the 3 won.

Player should be paid, but what amount? Since he had a scratched horse in R5 does he get the entire $.50 payout even though 3 other horses scratched along with it?

Any help would be great.

This was last Thursday correct? I remember it because I hit it as well on a 1 dollar ticket. You should be have been paid about 226 for a 50 cent ticket. I dont know your locals stance on scratches but usually offshore you would be paid for the win and be refunded for the combinations involving the scratched horse. If you were playing through a legal ADW and you played that ticket with the scratched horse you would recieve the post time favorite. So with the scratch of the 12 you would have gotten the 50 cent payout twice because the favorite won.

All comes down to his stance on scratches I guess. Never heard of playing horses through a local, especially in 2013. Hope he is giving some sort of rebates. Hope it works out.
