Was just declared a NO CONTEST.....WTF

The favorite #9 was a heavy favorite and got bumped hard coming out of the gate, Jockey Fell off.


my 2 that I had a nice 10/25 WP on won the race at 5/2 should have been a nice little score. Not to mention I used the 2 and the 4 in my pick 4 thinking the 9 was vulnerable.

And now I get refund....WTF
